Vodafone Pocket Cinema
Vodafone challenged us to create a pop-up experience for the launch of Samsung’s new phone. It had to highlight Samsungs new display whilst also having a photo experience for data capture and a drive to store.
To answer this brief, I created the pocket cinema, which comprised a screen made of hundreds of connected Samsung phones. This was pioneering technology at the time and a first for Samsung. We then created a compelling photo experience that complimented our outdoor cinema theme, with the use of two custom-made oversized lawn chairs. To then drive shoppers to the store, retro popcorn cartons were handed out, which they could then take to the store to have filled up with popcorn.
